Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Naramata's Agape Vineyard, this clone 509 (the most commonly planted in BC) gamay was done in the ancestrale method, bottled while fermenting to hold the sparkle in the bottle. This pét-nat is barely peach hued, and a slight, bone dry 10.5%. Tart rhubarb, crunchy cranberry, green apple streak across the racy palate to a snappy end. For avid acid lovers only.
