Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaYou can imagine how excited the super geeks at Bella were to discover a 3rd clone of Gamay grown in Naramata Village. Organically farmed Agape Vineyards grows clone 358, familiar in Beaujolais, and oft in use for its structural muscle. Jay believes this is the first commercial 358 in Canada. Pouring a light red hue (akin to a Lambrusco Sorbara), this tight, higher acid fizz leads with cranberry and rhubarb, with a green apple and saline rainier cherry base.
