Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2022 Gris was sourced from vineyards stretching from Summerland to Osoyoos, with 15% fermenting in barrel, with the remainder in stainless. Both spent 3 months sur lie post-ferment, prior to blending and tightening in tank for 2 months. Ripe pear, fleshy peach, yellow apple flood a juicy palate, kissed with starfruit and subtle orange spicing.
