It was picked on September 30, October 4, and October 25 at 21 Brix. It blends 96/4 pinot noir and barbera, creating a dry and super fresh wine with a complex finish. More red fruit and cranberry acidity on the palate keeps it lively and crisp. Winery food suggestions include grilled salmon or beef souvlaki.
