Tightrope Winery Rosé 2018

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA pinot noir rosé with a splash of barbera (6.5%), the grapes were sourced from Naramata and left on the skins for 1-2 days prior to being pressed. A pale pink colour, this has restrained ripeness that leans towards the citrus and crunchy red fruit end of the spectrum, with some spice notes adding complexity. This, in combination with the modest 12.5% alcohol and zesty acidity, makes for a highly drinkable rosé. You can tell Tightrope takes their rosé seriously. No need to serve this too chilled.Tasted: 21 July 2019Tasted by: Geoffrey Moss MWPrices:
