Rigour & Whimsy Multiverse 2022
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis year's Multiverse blends the very different universes of red and amber / orange wines, mixing merlot, cabernet franc, pinot blanc, and gewürztraminer. The two reds were cofermented, while the orange is direct off their popular Bifrost. The result is a slightly hazy moderate red, bursting with fragrant red fruit, crushed red currants, plum, spring rhubarb, and wild raspberry, lashed with fine pink peppercorn and spun with finely sticky tannins.
