Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSix months later, the good news is this wine is pretty much the same in the bottle today as it was then. The screwcap is likely responsible for that. As for the wine, the colour remains pale, salmon pink colour. The nose is a candied cherry affair with a touch of citrus to neutralize the sweet fruit. The palate is similar, with a long, smooth, confected fruit finish. This will do nicely if you like your rosé on the sweet side. Pair it with spicy nuts or Thai curry to best effect.
