Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceGrenache, syrah, and cinsault are the triumvirate of grapes behind this Côtes du Rhône pink. Grown in the stony-marl, clay-limestone slopes of the southern Rhône, it pitches a fresh tangerine and pear nose that spills onto a fresh fruity, savoury, garrigue-dusted palate that softens as it gets to the finish. Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceThis grenache, syrah, and cinsault blend is rooted across the Côtes de Rhône's stony-marl soils and clay-limestone slopes. It was fermented without oxygen to preserve the bright fruit. A pale peach hue, this is juicy with tangerine, white peach, and pear and seasoned with scrubby southern Rhône garrigue, finishing with a swell of warmth. A friendly, open rosé for this summer (now a couple of years old, it is not getting any fresher).Tasted: 12 May 2023Tasted by: Prices:
