Covert Farms Pinot Blanc 2022
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe estate Coyote Block and its sedimentary soils are home to this organic pinot blanc grown at 420m, with vines now 16 years old. It was made using minimal intervention, fermented in stainless steel and left to age in its lees for a few months. Look for light green apple, citrus and gooseberry, with a creamy, leesy undercarriage that balances the mix.
