Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThough this wine has dropped the CBS name on the label, it is still sourced from their estate Coyote Bowl vineyard in the southern Okanagan. This rested for eight months in French barrels. Quite ripe and flabby, with custard, baked pear, and vanilla on a shorter, softer palate.
