Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe C&S chardonnay comes off the home estate Coyote Bowl Vineyard on Black Sage Road in the southern Okanagan. The style is round and soft, with baked apple and honey leading the way, and vanilla notes throughout the finish. More California than BC, but it will have fans who prefer the riper, rounder style of this versatile grape.
