HungaryKabar is a Hungarian variety that ripens early and is prone to botrytis. This dry kabar comes from Sajgó, Lapis, and it was fermented and aged in a barrel for six months on lees. The wood is certainly up front and present, covering this medium-bodied white in a sheath of oak spice, covering up the ripe pear, white peach, and baked quince underneath.
