Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIn 2022 the grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, with 90 percent of the fruit fermented in stainless and the remainder fermented in 2 year old French oak barrels. The nose is a riot of peaches and pears with flecks of tangerine. The palate mixes red apples, sweet melons, and a touch of candied lemon. This year's edition best suits spicy food, from chicken wings to sushi rolls or Thai curry.
