Valle de Uco, Tunuyán, Central Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaFrom Finca Alluvia in Gualtallary, Tupungato at 1350m altitude, as well as from Finca Los Indios in El Cepillo, San Carlos, at 1100m, this Uco Valley malbec was aged in first, 2nd, and 3rd use oak barrels for one year. Ripe with the mountainous sunshine, this gutsy, full red is rife with cherry, medicinal raspberry, crushed florals, buoyed by a bright grapefruit acidity, and framed with cedar-hewn tannins.
