Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceFrom d'Aix-en-Provence clay and limestone soils, this organic / biodynamic white blends Grenache Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Clairette, and Vermentino, all in stainless for a short time. The sauvignon jumps ahead here, with gooseberry, green hedge, verbena at the fore, followed by tight white blossoms and buzzy lemon pith on the saline finish.
