Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThis traditional method rosé is made from Niagara Peninsula estate grown pinot noir. Red currant jam, fleshy raspberries, red apple take the lead on the dryish palate, finishing with a bitter cherry / chocolate kiss.
