Veneto, ItalyLido is an 85/15 mix of glera and pinot noir grown over rock and clay and fermented in stainless steel. The secondary charmat method fermentation is completed in a stainless steel pressure tank for two months. The colour is pale pink with relatively fine bubbles and fruity wild berry, and cherry.
