Santa Rita Hills, Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Barbara County, Central Coast, California, United StatesThe Brewer-Clifton philosophy is embedded in the geographic, geologic, and climatic peculiarities of the Santa Barbara sub-AVA Santa Rita Hills. This blend comprises 3D, Machado, and Hapgood vineyards, yielding a fresh nose with delicate floral notes of orange blossoms and lemons. The whole cluster fruit is pressed and fermented in neutral barrels adding zero extra weight to the wine. The freshest and juiciest addition yet, with no malolactic fermentation to keep it that way. The palate is fully flavoured with fresh cut orchard fruits, limes, and a saline mineral underside.
