Alentejo, Central and Southern Portugal, PortugalOne of winemaker António Maçanita's consultancy projects, this blend of 80% touriga nacional and 20% syrah comes from Alentejo and was partially raised in French oak. Dark, brooding and muscular, with blackberry, black cherry, black plum, and dark florals, woven with tobacco. Tannins are ample and sinewy, holding this full bodied red to a smoked stone finish.
