This packaging is a wake-up call for the industry. As for the gamay, it is delicious. Fresh, bright, and juicy with plenty of acidity and low alcohol is all you need to know. The grapes come off three Cawston vineyards and go into older French oak barrels and concrete tanks post-ferment. Expect a juicy blend of red berries and rhubarb with no tannins leaving it soft and slippery.
