Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom Megalomanic's home vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench, this site is both the furthest from Lake Ontario and the highest elevation that Bachelder worked with in 2020. It shows a deep, rich nose of generous fruit, led by spiced dark cherries and sun-soaked strawberries. That's accented by walnut and wood spices, coming from 20 months in a combination of new and used Burgundian barriques.
