Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada2020 is the second release of the Storm Haven wines from Synchromesh, with all the fruit coming off their spectacularly diverse 107 acre home site in Okanagan Falls. Gibson's Block is on decomposed granite and sandy gravels, the earthy grippy underlay providing a lovely contrast to the lush peach, fragrant mango, tangerine, lime rind, honeysuckle streaming through the mid-sweet core. This juicy, mouth filling wine is slight by alcohol standards (7.63%) but flooded with flavour and energy, trailing off with a saline lift, encouraging glass after glass.
