Les Quatre Tours Classique Rosé 2021
Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceLes Quatre Tours is made by a group of producers farming 270 hectares in the rolling hills just north of Aix-en-Provence. It began in 1924 as a co-op for bulk wine, but in the 1990s, the growers changed the direction model after a small boutique winery. It's labelled Classique because it contains all traditional grape varieties of Provence.
