Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards The Mischief Pinot Blanc 2021

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaGreata Ranch Estate, north of Summerland and south of Peachland, is home to this pinot blanc that is fermented slow and cool in stainless steel before a five month rest in stainless and 40% neutral oak, with the latter getting regular stirring. The style is chiseled with bright lime mixed with pear and juicy fresh-cut apple. The texture is just round enough to invite a broader audience to this well made white wine. Underappreciated as a varietal wine, this label is well worth investigating. Matches include asparagus dishes, fish soups, and shellfish.Tasted: 01 November 2022Tasted by: Prices:
