Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe fruit comes from Block 8, North Field at Greata Ranch in Peachland, and Covert Farms Vineyard in Oliver. A little sweet with 15.2 g/L sugar that plays up against a Granny Smith apple acidity for balance before finishing sweet and sour and just a bit short. Clean and simple, this needs drinking now. Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWith fruit from their Greata Ranch estate and Covert Farms in Oliver, this riesling went through a long, cool stainless ferment, where it remained until early spring 2022 and bottling.
