Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards The Lookout Riesling 2019
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA blend between Greata Ranch estate, and fruit sourced from the southern Okanagan, this was fermented long and cool in stainless, and held with 18 g/L RS to keep it off dry. Perfumed peach, apricot aromas are met with ripping green apple and lime on the palate, working up that sweet / sour line. The acid wins out on the finish however, with a lingering lime sherbet zestiness.
