Sicily, ItalyThis ready-to-go Crudo red blends Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon, each fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, with half of the Cabernet Sauvignon seeing a bit of time in oak post-MLF. Full and fruit forward, with juicy blackberry, boysenberry on the fleshy palate, seasoned with black liquorice and cracked pepper, and studded with sea salts.
