Veneto, ItalyNot your typical Italian pinot grigio. Sourced from 250m in the subregion of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and limestone / volcanic laced soils, this organic grigio was native fermented on skins in stainless steel. Pear skin, elderflower, lemon peel, meadow grass is bright and lifted on the slight 12% palate, with energy and texture via the skin time and soils.
