Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis viognier comes off the BOV Osoyoos vineyard and is fermented in a 75/25 mix of oak and stainless steel. All of the wine spends nine months on its lees with regular stirring. At this point, it is already showing a more plush style with heady perfume aromas of peaches and apricots. Freshness keeps it lively on the elate with more mango peach and exotic spicy orange hints in the finish. Impressive and just beginning to blossom. Classy and very food friendly.Tasted: 17 August 2022Tasted by: Prices:

Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis viognier comes off their estate Osoyoos vineyard, and was whole bunch pressed, with 75% drained off into oak barrels for fermentation, leaving the remainder in stainless. Both underwent bâtonnage over 9 months. Rich and luxuriant on the fuller palate, with cold cream bedding perfumed pear, lush peach, ripe apricot, and lime blossom. There's an alluring ginger spice throughout, especially noticeable on the lingering finish. There's a smart restraint in this polished bottle, and at a welcome 13.5%, makes it an easy choice for Thai curries.Tasted: 18 September 2022Tasted by: Prices:
