Lunessence Riesling Brut 2021
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is year three for the Riesling Brut, a juicy, fun charmat blend of 87% riesling and 13% pinot blanc. It spent only a few months on lees in the tank, and is finished with a bump of residual sugar to offset the fresh acidity. Bright and lively, the latest version is a little rounder and more generous. A full palate of grapefruit, lime pith and fresh cut green apple leaves so refreshingly.
