This charmat blends 86% Riesling and 14% Pinot Blanc, with 3 months on lees in tank, and 10 g/L RS. Lively and bright, with grapefruit, lime pith and peel, green apple streaking across a zippy palate, finishing with more fresh citrus and riesling's hallmark acidity.
