Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Dhaliwal family purchased the 14-hectare Osoyoos lakeshore property in 2015 and renovated the older vineyards (from 1998) and the heritage building, formerly part of the Haynes homestead of 1882, the Okanagan’s first commercial orchard. This year the blend is a 43/36/21 mix of cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, and merlot from Osoyoos and the Golden Mile. The attack is warm and spicy, with a lot of oak sitting on baked fruit.
