Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis Okanagan Falls clone 642 viognier is now 16 years old. It is fermented in concrete and an amphorae which yields an almost non-viognier jacket showing grass and citrus along the lines of a sauvignon blanc. Fresh and zesty with a streak of orange, apricot, and hint of pepper. It is dry, crisp, and fun to drink, but is it a viognier?
