Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOff Cerqueira Vineyard, on the Black Sage Bench, this chardonnay is rooted in the calcium carbonate laced glacial till that makes the site so special. It was whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless, where it remained on lees for 6 months. Salted lemon, white peach, green apple, river stones slide along the silken palate, subtly scented with sage and lemon blossom.
