Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom the organic Secrest Mountain Vineyard, this chardy was whole bunch pressed into concrete tanks and amphora for native ferment and 10 months again on lees. There's a textural creaminess underlying layers of sage, cream, yellow plum and yellow apple above.
