Juliénas, Beaujolais Villages, Beaujolais, Burgundy, FranceThis tiny low-intervention negotiant sources grapes in Chenas, Juliénas, and Chiroubles, employing native ferment, semi-carbonic maceration, and 10 months in older wood. Benjamin cut his teeth in Vosne-Romanée, and has now turned his passion towards Cru Beaujolais. This Juliénas comes from 45 year old vines. This is flooded with woodsy berries, cherry, wild raspberry, lofted with bright acidity, and framed with a slight granitic grip around the sides.
