Rich and off-dry, it is entirely ready to drink and should be finished by the end of summer, given the hint of smoke creeping at the end of this wine's generous mouthfeel. There's an abundance of bright acidity to balance the gentle nudge of residual sugar. The winery's adventurous pairings include Cajun and Creole dishes, Thai food, Chinese food, Vietnamese food, Mexican food, coconut curries, and Indian food. The final mix is 96 /4 vidal / orange muscat.
