Stag's Hollow Tragically Vidal 2016
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaVidal from Stag's Hollow Vineyard and Shuttleworth Creek Vineyard was splashed with 14 percent orange muscat. This vintage has approximately one quarter botrytis affected imparting a subtle but persistent line of earth and spice, deftly countering the sweetness. There's an alluring lining of wildflower honey that bases lime blossom, tangerine, orange blossom on this off-dry wine.
