Gray Monk Pinot Gris 2021

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaGray Monk is the original pinot gris grower in BC, and way ahead of its time with a super cool Lake County site. It is fermented and aged in stainless and does not go through a secondary acid-flattening malolactic fermentation to retain a fresh, vibrant style. The nose is awash in mineral, wet stone notes mixed with ripe pear and yellow apple with a dusting of spice. There is a bump of residual sugar to balance the freshness that undoubtedly attracts its fans' legions. Serve with grilled salmon soy steaks.Tasted: 14 April 2022Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
