Gray Monk Pinot Gris 2012

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLittle changes here with the 2012 looking a lot like the ripe, sweet fat 2011 gris. The winery's signature label is a mix of sweet red apple fruit flecked with aromatic honey notes and sweet melon notes in the finish. At 12 grams per litre of residual sugar this is best served well chilled on the patio or alongside your favourite spicy Indian or Thai dish.Tasted: 12 June 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
