It's slightly darker in colour, going against the pale rosé trend of the moment, but it's all the better for it. There's an attractive combination of expressive fruit and savoury complexity, with dried cherry, rose petal, sagebrush, and layers of spice. Dry, with a soft, silky texture that elevates this wine (it's aged in concrete prior to bottling), there's excellent fruit intensity on the palate, which makes this a contemplative rosé to enjoy on its own, or equally versatile when it comes to food pairing.Tasted: 23 February 2022Tasted by: Prices:

Like most Haywire wines, it is native fermented and aged in concrete. The pale red colour comes with an orange tone. The soft creamy textures are flush with intense cherry dusted in sagebrush before the mineral sea salt finish kicks in.
