Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis single vineyard gamay rosé comes off Haywire's estate Secrest Mountain Vineyard in Oliver. It's slightly darker in colour, going against the pale rosé trend of the moment, but it's all the better for it. There's an attractive combination of expressive fruit and savoury complexity, with dried cherry, rose petal, sagebrush, and layers of spice.
