Haywire Gamay Noir Rosé Secrest Mountain Vineyard 2020

Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHaywire has farmed Secrest Mountain Vineyard for several years, and now they own its rare limestone-laced soils. Like most Haywire wines, it is native fermented and aged in concrete. The pale red colour comes with an orange tone. The soft creamy textures are flush with intense cherry dusted in sagebrush before the mineral sea salt finish kicks in. So complex and food-friendly, this is quintessential BC.Tasted: 23 February 2022Tasted by: Prices:
