Coastal Region, South AfricaA complete chenin from four Coastal Region vineyards planted on 35 to 47 year old bush vines. It's wild fermented in a mix of new and old oak and amphora. It's the depth of colour and flavours here that set it apart from the normal. The palate is green with salty, grassy underbrush, refined acid, and oak to balance. It's already showing some power, but you can expect it to put on weight and improve in the bottle for the next few years with ease.
