Veneto, ItalyBenedetto and Clotilde have been operating Valdellövo for just under two decades and have made a name for their modern interpretation of the Prosecco Superiore tradition. The glera fruit comes off their 10 hectares of vineyards in Collalto di Susegana and Pieve di Soligo. It spent two months in an autoclave and was dosed with nine g/L.
