Bianca Vigna Rive di Collalto Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry 2020

Veneto, ItalyBiancaVigna was founded in 2004 by the siblings Enrico and Elena Moschetta who, for the first time ever, made sparkling wines with grapes grown in their family vineyards that belonged to their grandfather Genesio since the beginning of 20th century. Their 30 ha are in the southern zone, and this comes from the rive (single vineyard) of Collato. This glera spent 3 months in autoclaves and 2 more in bottle, and it was dosed with 17 g/L RS. The off-dry palate is offset with a bright pithy acidity, framing perfumed pear, white peach, pink grapefruit.
