Willamette Valley, Oregon, United StatesPearce Predhomme Chenin Blanc is a global (oft virtual) partnership between Ontario négociants Will Predhomme and Nicholas Pearce. In this wine, they have partnered with Northwest Wine Co to produce a pinot noir, sourced from Yamhill Carlton's sedimentary / volcanic soils. Soft and dark fruited, with perfumed lavender and candied violets infusing cushy black plum, morello cherry, crushed baking spices. Tannins are long and sticky, and acidity is lofted, easily stretching this medium bodied red through the spiced finish.
