Church & State Wines Petit Verdot 2018
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Coyote Bowl Vineyard on the Black Sage Bench, this petit verdot is overflowing with graphite and pencil shavings, alongside dried violets, and lush red fruits. Generous and complex, it's just starting to unwind after some time in bottle. As you'd expect with petit verdot, it's still youthful, structured, and linear, with firm, fine-grained tannins that will allow this to continue to slowly unfold and evolve over the next 5-7 years.
