Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLiquidity is stepping it up under winemaker Amy Paynter, who continues to paint an elegant strip across her wines, making them very approachable in their youth. The blend is 45/40/15 cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and cabernet franc, all aged in French oak. Look for savoury black raspberry and blackcurrant flecked with smoky licorice dusted in chalky tannins.
