Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaStags’ Hollow is another step up in intensity versus Shuttleworth, thanks to its warmer, west-facing aspect that collects the late day sun. Black plums and cherries mix with warm spice and medium bright acidity before licorice and cola kick in throughout the finish. Its soft, round, easy-sipping style will attract New World pinot lovers. Stag’s Hollow Estate Vineyard is home to the oldest pinot noir plantings of the winery, at almost 27 years.
